Prediction is a bankruptcy is coming. Yeah, things look bad for sears. Yeah, have been around over one hundred years. Nostalgia goes deep with this one. Sears holdings corporation has indeed been going on a steep downward roller coaster ride ever since the day both sears and K-mart had a  merger. Outlook is bleak for both companies. They have been losing money. Yeah, as in seven years in a row. Eventually, you run out of green.

Please do take a look at sears. People prefer to shop at good will now. Oh wow, that should shock no one. Teens rarely go. Most of the customers are old and passing away. Yeah, we do not see any young persons. What is the reason?  Truly, it is so out-dated with a 70's vibe going on. Remember radio shack and its 80's look that was funny, but also grim. Well, sears does make radio shack look like my granny.
